Petcare:
During the grooming process all care is taken to ensure the health of your pet is considered. Divine Pooches operators and owners are not liable for any pre-existing conditions and problems found during grooming. Any advice given regarding health problems should be checked out by a vet. Divine Pooches will also not be held reliable for loss, damage or injury incurred once the dog is released back into the owners care.
De-Matting:
In the event of matted fur needed to clip down, the owner should be aware that irritation may occur form the shaving process. Due to matts sometimes being tight to the skin, the dog’s skin my get caught because of the proximity of working with the skin. The owner aggress that Divine Pooches shall not be held reliable for any after grooming effects of matt clipping procedures or problems uncovered on a badly neglected coat. The owner agrees to pay all costs for the grooming of the dog including de-matting, whether the groomer can complete the job or not.
Aggressive Dogs:
Divine Pooches reserves the right to refuse to groom any pet for the safety of the groomer and the dog. The owner agrees to inform Divine Pooches prior to grooming if the dog has bitten or has aggressive tendencies. A soft muzzle may be used for the safety of your dog and groomers. The owner understands they will be held liable for all bites caused by their dog/dogs.
